Summary
The "willing suspension of disbelief" thing accomplished, Dreamland was a good ride, and surely one of the more enjoyable TXF two-parters. I had a hard time with Scully's thickness in this one — a problem that a little more creativity in writing could have prevented — and it would have been nice to have Mulder's new family from hell seem a little less so, but they were obviously going for the humorous angle here.
Best or Worst Moment
The best moment for me was Scully's "awakening" right at the end, with Mulder yelling that strange-sounding "He's not me!" repeatedly. It was an indication that the best was yet to come in Part II. For the first time in a long time, I was really anxious to see a continuing episode right away.
